Ingredients

  • 400 g silken tofu, cubed
  • 100 g ground pork
  • 30 ml Pixian doubanjiang
  • 240 ml chicken stock
  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 30 ml water

Instructions

Blanch tofu cubes in salted boiling water about 2 minutes; drain.

Heat oil in a wok, brown ground pork, add doubanjiang and fry until fragrant.

Pour in stock, simmer gently, return tofu, thicken with cornstarch slurry.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
