400 g silken tofu, cubed

100 g ground pork

30 ml Pixian doubanjiang

240 ml chicken stock

2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 30 ml water

Instructions

Blanch tofu cubes in salted boiling water about 2 minutes; drain.

Heat oil in a wok, brown ground pork, add doubanjiang and fry until fragrant.

Pour in stock, simmer gently, return tofu, thicken with cornstarch slurry.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
